KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT

WHEREAS, under date of July 10, 1978, FREINDSWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY as “DECLARANT” executed that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, hereinafter called “DECLARATION” for Cypresswood Property Owners Association, Inc., applicable to Cypresswood Sections Seven and Eight subdivisions in Harris County, Texas, which Declaration is recorded under File No. F678311, Film Code No. 200-08-0082 in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, and is here referred to for all purposes; and
WHEREAS, FRIENDSWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY reserved the right to add or annex additional land into said Association and make such land added or annexed thereto subject to the terms and conditions of the Declaration; and
WHEREAS, FRIENDSWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY set forth in Article V, Sections 3 and 4 of the Declaration certain separate minimum square footage building requirements for dwelling units and separate minimum building line setbacks for front, side and rear property lines for Sections Seven and Eight of Cypresswood:
NOW, THEREFORE, FRIENDSWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY does hereby add and annex all of the following land within the boundaries set forth, into the boundaries of said Cypresswood Property Owners Association, Inc., and hereby do subject same to the terms and conditions of the Declaration such that the minimum square footage requirements and minimum building line setbacks set forth for Section Seven in the aforesaid Declaration shall apply to the property described below:
Cypresswood Section Nine, a subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in the Map Records, Volume 270, Page 30, Harris County, Texas.
Nothing herein contained is intended or shall be construed to amend such Declaration other than to add or annex additional land as stated above.

Cypresswood Section Twelve, a subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in the Map Records, Volume 296, Page 35, Harris County, Texas.
Nothing herein contained is intended or shall be construed to amend such Declaration other than to add or annex additional land as stated above.
