Governing Documents
The Governing Documents folder is the principal source for all the information about our association's Rules and Regulations, By-Laws, Covenants, and Design Standards. When you reach the document of interest, you can download it to your computer, print it, or view it on-line! All documents are in PDF format so you may need to install Adobe Reader.
The following Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), also referred to as the Declarations, are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation. The CC&R's were recorded by the County recorder's office of the County in which the property is located and are included in the title to your property. Failure to abide by the CC&R's may result in a fine to a homeowner by the Association. The following copies of the CC&R's are not the officially recorded copies. For official copies, contact Community Asset Management or Harris County recorders office.

ACCESS TO ASSOCIATION RECORDS: Use the procedures outlined in the policy to access CCA documents from CAM.
COLLECTIONS: This policy identifies the procedure that will be followed to collect homeowner assessments.
NUISANCES: This policy defines what the CCA Board has identified as nuisances in the community.
PAYMENT POSTING: This policy identifies the procedures followed when CCA receives payments to an account.
